2. Waitlist (Closed Beta)

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect the following data:

  • Time of registration
  • Waitlist position

Purpose: Managing closed beta access and notifying you when your access is activated.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Retention: Your data is stored until you receive access or you request deletion. You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by contacting us via email.

3. Authentication (Clerk)

We use Clerk (clerk.com) for user authentication. During registration and login, the following data is transmitted to and processed by Clerk:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Profile picture (optional)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment). Clerk processes data according to their privacy policy at clerk.com/legal/privacy.

4. Hosting and Database

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Our database is operated by Supabase Inc. (USA). Both providers process data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable hosting) and in compliance with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We only use technically necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or marketing cookies are used. Some user preferences (e.g., sidebar state) are stored in your browser's local storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
